Set up Gemini
Here's how to add your digital bracelet to Gemini. Once set, your values apply to every new chat.
How to set it up
- Open the Gemini app or go to gemini.google.com.
- Sign in with your personal Google Account.
- Open Settings (look for a gear icon or menu).
- Find Personal Intelligence or a similar section.
- Choose Instructions for Gemini.
- Add your bracelet as a new instruction.
- Save your changes.
Where to paste
Add your values as a new instruction in Personal Intelligence > Instructions for Gemini
To remove: go back to Instructions for Gemini, delete the instruction, and save.
Note: Gemini treats this more as a hint than a strict rule.
Age policy
Available for all ages. Family Link supervised accounts currently can't use this feature.
If you don't see this option
If you don't see this option: make sure you're using a personal account (not a supervised Family Link or school account), update the Gemini app, or check if the feature is available in your region. Note: Google says this feature doesn't always work perfectly.
